Auction Yen Research Software
This program is called Auction Yen. By David Guindon, software developer and entrepreneur. This program is designed to instantly search the 'Want it Now' listings. Using a category or keyword search, sellers can determine the 'Yen Factor' of a specific item, keyword or category. The results will be rated on a scale of 0 to 10. A 0 rating would indicate a less marketable item, whereas a 10 would be extremely desirable among eBay shoppers.
There are essentially two types of buyers, including those who know exactly what they want and those who are casual browsers. A growing number of determined eBay shoppers have begun posting their wish list on eBay's 'Want it Now' feature.
This area allows buyers to post the item(s) that they are having trouble finding in hopes that a seller, who has the item, will see their request and list an auction for the product(s). If you sell on Ebay this is the type of data you can really use.
The sales copy has an excellent video review of its capabilities, and basically how to use it. It promised very easy ways to find out what searchers really want on Ebay. One would think this is what all ebay sellers would desire; That’s what I want to know.
The sales website was compelling enough, i took out the plastic, I purchased the software and began to use it. Interestingly enough, most of terms That I came up with, had much lower word counts than were shown on the sales video.
The so-called “yen” factor is supposed to indicate a large number of searches on the Ebay Want IT Now section, with few or no responses. Thus, giving you the chance to either create a product that will address this need, or find a product that will.
According to Guindon, the Auction Yen software could not only be used to determine a single product's marketability, but an entire category could be revealed as having a lot of interested customers and a lack of sellers. This would mean that a seller could potentially zero in on a virtually untapped market and begin selling products with little or no competition.
The program does come with an excellent bonus on how to create an “information product” to sell on ebay. The features of the software are excellent. Everything works as promised, you can save the data in many formats, and the navigation is easy to use. Probably an excellent tool in the hands of an ebay pro. The eBay novice will not find it all that useful.
This is perfect for finding a CURRENT MARKET TO SELL TO!, Dave's software is top notch.
It's not too expensive, it is very efficient and most importantly is a plug and play type software which information can be massaged as you go through it.
Auction Yen takes this information, puts in in a database and uses the figures to forecast items for the past, and present, so that the user can forecast the accumulation of a market at any given time.
It is a neat and easy program to use, works well and anybody can work it. You will definitely like it!
